Individual Counseling

Currently I am able to see teens and adults over the age of 14. Working in individual therapy gives you the chance to explore you. I am firm believer that you are the expert of you, and my role is to partner with you on your journey. Individual therapy gives us the opportunity to do that.

Premarital Counseling

Premarital counseling is done in 8 sessions using the Prepare/Enrich assessment and workbook. I guide couples through with additional tools I have acquired through many years of working with couples. I have personal experience with blended families, and recommend premarital counseling especially for couples going into a blended family.

Marital Counseling

Marital counseling can help a couple work together to strengthen and build up their relationship. I use the Prepare/Enrich assessment and workbook to guide you through specifics about your marriage. Then we can continue to work on unique challenges you have.

Investment

Counseling is an investment into yourself. I believe that everyone should have access to quality mental health counseling, this is why I am working toward licensure to obtain insurance paneling. Until then I am committed to making counseling affordable and attainable. These are some guidelines and we can discuss further during a consultation.

Individual Counseling $75 per session

Marital Counseling $80 per session

Premarital Counseling package $450 includes Prepare/Enrich assessment, consultation and 8 counseling sessions
