Speaking Engagements

I currently have been speaking and teaching seminars on mental health topics and enjoy doing this as a ministry out reach for local churches. My heart is to reduce stigma around mental health and educate communities. I have spoken at women’s events as well. Before I became a therapist I lead women’s ministry at my local church so it is something I truly enjoy doing! If you are a pastor feel free to reach out to learn more.

Individual Counseling

Currently I work with adult women. Working in individual therapy gives you the chance to explore you. I am firm believer that you are the expert of you, and my role is to partner with you on your journey. Individual therapy gives us the opportunity to do that.

Marital/Premarital Counseling

Marital counseling can help a couple work together to strengthen and build up their relationship. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy, a marital intervention based on attachment theory to help couples understand each other better. I also use the Prepare/Enrich assessment and workbook to guide you through specifics about your marriage. Then we can continue to work on unique challenges you have. I encourage couples who are newly engaged or considering engagement to seek counseling! It can help build a firm foundation for your marriage.

Investment

Counseling is an investment into yourself. I believe that everyone should have access to quality mental health counseling, especially from a clinical and Biblical perspective. I am currently accepting Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross, Cigna and Optum and a few other major insurances in NH, ME & MA for individual therapy. I am committed to making counseling affordable and attainable. I understand not everyone’s insurance will work, I do offer superbills for reimbursement.
